The following are optional services that we provide when servicing computers. We may perform then when diagnosing issues, or you may specifically request them.
Hard Drive Scan – Some errors can be a sign of an ailing hard drive. If problems show up on the scan appropriate action can be taken. If need be, the hard drive can be replicated onto a new one, saving many hours of re-installing software and costly data recovery.
Memory Scan – Memory errors usually cause a computer to freeze, often with a blue screen. However sometimes, the problems can be a lot more subtle, resulting in the gradual corruption of files and data. A memory scan can ensure that this isn’t an underlying problem.
Computer Cleaning – Over time, dust builds up on the fans and other components in the computer. This can lead to overheating and premature failure of a computer.
If you need a new hardware part, I will buy the part for you and you will pay only for the cost of the part.
